Today, we are highlighting Roger Lofquist, a Team Leader whose work is central to our operational efficiency.

With 12 years of experience at FISCHER USA, Roger focuses on Shipping, Receiving, Stockroom management, and Supply Chain logistics. His role is critical in ensuring that material flow remains seamless, whether he is coordinating a final customer shipment or supporting internal spindle service departments.

Precision at Every Stage of the Repair Process

In the image above, Roger is shown with a cart of spindle shafts returning from the chrome plating process. These components are now moving to our specialized ID / OD grinding department for finish grinding. This stage is a vital part of our spindle remanufacturing process, ensuring that every shaft meets the exact micron-level tolerances required for high-performance applications.

Supporting Customer Success through Logistics

A successful spindle repair is built on timing and accuracy. Roger and his team are responsible for:

  • Incoming Inspection and Receiving: Ensuring all customer units and raw materials are documented and staged for production.
