We have a solid record of repairing and reverse engineering parts for all makes and models of high-speed spindles to bring them back to "like new performance". Our repair process is performed entirely in-house and begins with a complete inspection. We are then able to provide a Spindle Analysis Report that includes pictures and a rundown of the repairs that are needed. Our team will then provide a spindle repair quote. Upon approval, we proceed with disassembly of your spindle and replace any broken parts and bearings through reverse engineering. After the repairs are completed, rather than just performing a spindle run-in, each spindle is fully tested and operated as if it were in your machine to ensure perfect operation. We then pack it and ship it back to your facility with our 6 month warranty on all repaired or replaced components.
