What started four years ago as a simple way for the service department to connect has blossomed into something much bigger. David Honsberger, Repair Operations Supervisor, shares his thoughts on the impact of trivia:
"Trivia was developed as a way to bring the Service Department closer together as a Team and as individuals. Since its beginning four years ago, it has accomplished that and plenty more! We got to know each other better across all departments."
Originally a low-key affair with questions on paper, trivia has evolved into a dynamic and interactive experience. Now, an engaging PowerPoint board with five diverse subject categories keeps everyone on their toes. A special monthly category even highlights upcoming holidays or events, fostering a sense of connection beyond the workshop.
The most rewarding aspect? Seeing the growing participation and the team spirit it ignites. As David says:
"It has been truly great watching more and more people participate and see the value in it. Currently it is held the last Friday of every month. I truly value this time together and how it helps the Team reset, relax, laugh and have fun together."
