FISCHER USA: Partnering for Peak Performance - A Spotlight on In-Depth Training

Here at FISCHER USA, we believe in strong partnerships that go beyond simply offering services. Last week, we had the privilege of putting this philosophy into action by hosting Dave Stock, a technician from our valued partner Orizon, for an intensive training session on milling head repairs.

This wasn't just a classroom setting. Dave spent the week working side-by-side with our experts, Ike and Zak. Their focus? Sharing the knowledge, techniques, and specific tooling needed for Dave and his team to tackle milling head service needs directly on their production floor.

The experience was a resounding success! As Dave himself shared on LinkedIn:

After a productive week, Dave joined the FISCHER team for an afternoon of fishing on beautiful Lake Michigan. Not only did they reel in a great catch (limit reached in under two hours!), but they also built camaraderie and strengthened the bond between our companies.
