We're excited to announce a significant expansion of our spindle repair capabilities at FISCHER USA! Thanks to the unwavering trust and support of our valued customers, our spindle repair business has boomed over the past year. Your confidence is what fuels our drive to be the best!

This growth highlighted the need to strengthen our manufacturing capacity to meet the rising demand for spindle repair and reduce turnaround times. After thorough evaluation, we've invested in a strategic combination of new and pre-owned grinding machines, specifically chosen to tackle a wider range of GMN, IBAG, Kessler, Weiss, Makino spindles, and other components.

A key addition is the brand new Studer S33 OD grinding machine. Equipped with two OD grinding heads and a FISCHER MFM-1224/42/3 HSK-C40 grinding spindle, this machine boasts the versatility needed for various tasks.

Furthermore, we've acquired two top-condition, high-precision Voumard CNC 150 (L7 and L13) ID grinding machines. These, along with our existing Voumard ID grinder, will all be outfitted with FISCHER MFM-1524 HSK-C40 and MFM-1509 HSK-C63 spindles for optimal performance in handling your spindle repair needs.

But wait, there's more! We've implemented several additional improvements to our manufacturing operations:

• A redesigned layout maximizing floor space efficiency.
• A streamlined cell configuration for our milling/turning department.
• A new floor trench and cable tray system for efficient electrical and air supply to each machine.
