Following a comprehensive inspection and thorough spindle disassembly, and with your full approval, our team will begin the expert spindle assembly and re-assembly phase. All worn or broken parts are repaired or replaced using only the highest quality components that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities allow us to reverse-engineer and produce obsolete parts, ensuring that even a legacy spindle can be fully restored. The spindle is then meticulously re-assembled, with every bearing, spacer, and seal placed with perfect precision.

Following assembly, the spindle enters our state-of-the-art test room, where it undergoes a multi-level performance test. We perform a full run-in, monitoring critical parameters and verifying that the spindle operates flawlessly under conditions that replicate its use in your facility. This rigorous testing is our guarantee of quality. Once it has passed, the spindle is safely packaged and shipped back to your facility with a 6-month warranty, so you can get back to production with complete confidence.
